In the end, I received something similar to what I asked for, but the main issue was still not resolved and it would have been fine, but later in the conversation it became clear that he does not know what he is dealing with and how to solve the problem. And on top of that, I received some vocabulary from him, which he learned from not very good quality adult movies.
