I had one previous experience working with this client — everything went well, so when he contacted me again with an urgent task, I agreed to help. We worked through TeamViewer (a separate story, not very convenient), but I completed my part of the work fully.
Serhiy said he couldn't reserve the funds immediately, he needed to wait a bit. I agreed because there were no problems with him before, and the reviews were positive.
The first two days he still stayed in touch and promised: "I'll reserve now." This "now" stretched out for two weeks. After his last message, a week passed — I wrote again yesterday, but still no response.
Whether to recommend working with him — hard to say. It seems he pays others, he paid me before too, but this time he just disappeared. Of course, the choice is yours. If you decide to work anyway, I strongly recommend only starting after reserving the funds.
