Setting up Microsoft Teams Phone / Calling Plan for an American number (KYC has already been completed)

A specialist in Microsoft Teams Phone / Microsoft 365 is needed for complete phone system setup in Microsoft Teams.

What has already been done:

• KYC / Service Configuration has been successfully completed
• American Microsoft number has already been obtained
• Number is displayed in Teams Admin Center
• Current status of the number: Unassigned
• Tenant and domain have already been verified

What needs to be done:

1. Check Microsoft 365 licenses
2. Select and connect the correct Microsoft Teams Phone + Calling Plan (Option A — Microsoft Calling Plan)
3. Activate telephony
4. Assign the number to a user
5. Set up inbound and outbound calls
6. Check the functionality of the number
7. Show me that:
   • the number receives calls
   • calls can be made from Teams
   • everything works completely

Important:

• Access will be provided via AnyDesk / TeamViewer
• I will pay for the Microsoft plans myself
• A specialist specifically in Microsoft Teams Phone / PSTN / Calling Plan is needed
• Experience with American Microsoft numbers is preferred
