For a Ukrainian R&D company (40+ people) engaged in the development and production of UAVs, an experienced specialist is needed to set up Odoo Online with a subsequent transition to Odoo Enterprise (versions 17, 18, 19) On Premise.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:
1. Quickly set up and launch the Inventory module (warehouse accounting)
- Main warehouse + 3 production sites + office
- Transfers between locations
- Accounting for material and component balances
2. Quickly set up the Purchase module (procurement)
- Supplier database (ready)
- Process from request to receipt of goods (described)
- Accounting for payments and accounts payable
3. After implementing the previous points, set up the Manufacturing module (production)
- R&D process for producing single prototypes without defined technical cards!
- Work centers (machines: CNC, laser, milling, 3D printing)
- Bills of Materials with the possibility of changes (R&D specifics!)
- Accounting for machine and worker hours
- Write-off of materials for production
4. Basic integration with Accounting
- Management chart of accounts
- Connection with supplier payments
- Payroll calculation
- Calculation of prototype costs
PROJECT FEATURES:
- R&D environment — product specifications change during the work process
- Flexible setup required (flexible manufacturing)
- Phased launch: first 1 site, then expansion
- All directories prepared (nomenclature, suppliers, balances)
- Multi-company (5-10 legal entities)
WHO IT IS INTENDED FOR:
Internal users — site managers, procurement specialist, warehouse keeper, accountant (8-10 people at the first stage).
SUCCESS CRITERIA:
✓ After 4-6 weeks, the procurement specialist and warehouse keeper are working in Odoo
✓ After 8-10 weeks, production accounting is launched at 1 site
✓ Current balances in warehouses in real time
✓ Ability to write off materials for specific projects/prototypes
✓ Accounting for machine operating time

COOPERATION FORMAT:
Remotely, 2-3 months (Phase 1), with the possibility of extension for Phase 2 (CRM, Sales, deepening Manufacturing).
