(I do not recommend iRedMail because you will have to create DKIM signatures from the command line.)
Access to the account in the data center will be needed to configure the PTR record for the server name (or you can do it yourself based on my description.) And it will be necessary to create the appropriate DNS records in the domain.
There will be a panel for adding email addresses and managing them. I did not quite understand how to provide examples of configuring other servers.... There have been many over the past 20 years.
