Configuration and optimization of Jira for the web platform development and support team

A specialist is needed for comprehensive configuration of Jira for the development and support team of the web portal Volos.rent, as well as for working with external contractors.

What is needed:

• Creation of task structure (epic → story → sub-task).
• Configuration of Scrum/Kanban boards for different teams.
• Development of workflows for main processes (development, testing, implementation, support).
• Connection of reporting and dashboards for the manager (burndown chart, velocity, SLA).
• Organization of the support system (HelpDesk).

Additionally:

• Project roadmap.
• Gantt chart.
• Integration of Jira + Figma + GitHub + Jenkins + Trello.
• Configuration of Confluence for task prioritization and documentation.
• Enabling Atlassian Intelligence (AI features) for automation.
• Creation of a marketing plan template within Jira/Confluence.

Expected result:

• A fully functional Jira environment with a clear task structure and support.
• Configured boards, workflows, and reporting.
• Integration with main services (Figma, GitHub, Jenkins, Trello).
