Set up backups of WordPress sites from Shared Hosting (CPanel) to Koofr (WebDAV, RClone)

The sites are hosted on CPanel hosting HostArmada plan WebWarp.
Backups need to be placed on Koofr. WebDAV and RClone are supported.
Backups should be created once a day and keep backups for the last 3 days.
As I understand the task
Two scripts need to be created:
1. One of which will find all WordPress folders and create backups (files and databases) and store them in the /backups/ folder once a day. New sites may be added and old ones removed. This needs to be determined automatically and backed up accordingly.
2. The second script will upload these backups to Koofr and maintain the current versions for the last 3 days.
