I have tried many combinations, but the result is zero. Nothing is being sent.
I have web hosting host.pro and a cloud server from hetzner. Can I use email from them?
Or maybe there are some free internet services for SMTP sending.

Як варіант, подивіться в логах ilo та в логах поштового серверу, чи взагалі є активність підключення і спроба відправки email.
Є вірогідність, що потрібно або ігнорити ssl-сертифікати на ilo або завантажувати сертифікати хостингу на ilo, щоб він зміг використовувати ssl-шифрування підключення.
Частіше зустрічається проблема з сертифікатами ssl.
