- install a control panel (discuss options for free versions that have updates)
- install all necessary services and features for the ability to add new sites (databases, caching, protection against hacking, etc.)
- configure the VPS for a new, but existing, domain to be used as NS
- add suggestions that need to be made during the VPS setup
