Writing a Parser

We are looking for a talented Python developer with skills no lower than mid-level to write a multithreaded, asynchronous, trainable parser and a multithreaded trainable proxy server.
Tasks will be assigned and accepted by the project manager with the level - Architect.
Project tasks:
Asynchronous multithreaded distributed trainable parser;
Multithreaded trainable distributed proxy server.
Experience in writing multithreaded parsers, proxies;
Experience in developing Backend applications (Python 3.>) for at least 3 years;
Confident knowledge of basic architectural patterns for building applications;
Understanding of the asynchronous programming paradigm;
Practical skills in working with the application containerization platform Docker + Docker Compose;
Skill in using the container orchestration system Docker Swarm;
Experience working in Gitlab + setting up ci/cd pipelines;..
Experience in developing applications with microservice architecture;
Experience working with tools: Gitlab, Jira, Confluence;
Experience working with Linux, Bash;
Experience using Postgres, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ.
Completion of tasks assigned in Jira;
Development of microservices within the existing architecture;
Writing unit tests and executing them on the Staging server;
Discussion with the team, problem-solving, participation in brainstorming sessions.
