Writing an analytical script for a YouTube video (Topic: US police, body cameras)

Task Description:

I am looking for an author/researcher to write a detailed script for a YouTube video (the finished video will be 10-15 minutes long).

What needs to be done:

• Receive a link to the original video of the incident from me.
• Reconstruct the exact timeline of events: analyze the video, radio intercepts, find official police reports or press releases (all facts must be supported by sources).
• Write a structured text in Ukrainian for the voiceover. The text should logically explain the tactics and reasoning of the officers' actions.

Requirements for the performer:

• English language (understanding of spoken language, police slang, reading official documents).
• Perfect Ukrainian for the voiceover text.
