Writing review texts for the website

Unfortunately, we are not completely satisfied with the results of the collaboration. Although the cost of the work was agreed upon in advance, the final product did not fully meet our expectations regarding quality. At the same time, we want to note that communication with the freelancer was at a good level — responses were prompt, and politeness was maintained throughout the process.

Communication with Serhiy is pleasant. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the clarity of the task and requirements. The completed task did not meet the set framework, which I was not informed about and which did not match what I knew.
