Нужно сделать так, чтобы распакованные файлы можно было засунуть обратно в этот архив. Иначе говоря написать запаковщик. Минус в чём: для того, чтобы понять алгоритм запаковки, нужно взломать экзешник. Работа эта не лёгкая, конкретного срока выполнения нет. Нужны знания реверс инжинеринга.
