1) A taxicab company calculates charges using a fixed $3.50 hire charge, a $2.1-perkilometer charge for the distance covered, and an additional $0.90-per-minute charge based on the duration of the journey, in minutes. If the journey starts between 23:00 and 06:00 hours, a 15% surcharge is applied.  Write a program that asks the user to input the journey start time and the distance to travel (in kilometers). The program should then estimate the fare that will be charged. Assume that the 

average driving speed is 30 km/h between 06:00 and 23:00, and 40 km/h between 23:00 and 06:00. 

2)Define the class Sphere with a private data member radius and public function members setRadius(), getRadius(), volume(), and surface() for reading and setting the radius value, and computing the sphere volume and surface area, respectively.
