You need to write a script for WordPress+Woocommerce+WPML, which in the basket will apply a fixed 15% discount when choosing the way to deliver “Some” to the whole basket in WooCommerce, except for some categories of goods.
For certain categories of goods discount should not be applied.
For example, if the basket has goods from the categories "Beverages", "Desserts" and the method of delivery "Samoz" is selected, then for the goods of these categories a fixed 15% discount should not be applied, but for the goods of all other categories a 15% discount should be applied.
