I understood the task: here, not just "delivery" is important, but a strict logic regarding the availability of lockers, reservation after payment, and automatic PIN/notifications. I would implement this as a separate module for OpenCart 3 with a section in the admin panel Catalog → Lockers, checking for available lockers at checkout, and changing the order status to reserved after payment.
