Good day. Specifically regarding architecture — without intermediate tables and heavy storage:

1C (BAS). Your programmer publishes 3–4 lightweight HTTP endpoints (OData or HTTP service) in the database: sales and margin by work orders broken down by services/products, loading posts, KPI for masters and managers. From me — a detailed technical specification: which registers and directories, which fields, JSON format, filters by periods. Looker Studio reads these endpoints directly through the community connector (Apps Script) — for free, without servers and storage.

Advertising and calls. GA4 and Google Ads — native connectors. Facebook Ads — there are free connector options, I will outline the pros and cons. Binotel — its call API connects with the same Apps Script connector.

Customer journey stitching (click → call → work order): by unique phone number (Binotel ↔ 1C) and gclid/Client ID (advertising ↔ GA4). I do the stitching at the connector level, not through blending in Looker — so the dashboard remains fast on mobile.

Dashboard: 3 mobile screens — Marketing (ROMI, CPL, CAC by channels), Finance (turnover, service margin vs products, average check), Operations (loading posts, KPI for managers).

Nikita, for the cross-sectional analytics of your CTO, it is important to build an architecture where 1C provides already prepared aggregated data to avoid overloading Looker Studio with unnecessary calculations. I will design the exchange logic via OData and prepare the structure of registers for your 1C programmer so that we can obtain clean margin and KPI without using intermediate tables.

After we retrieve data from BAS, GA4, and Asterisk, I will assemble a dashboard in Looker Studio with a focus on the mobile interface for quick operational control. This will allow us to see the actual profitability of each post and the effectiveness of managers in real time.

Is there currently a clear link in your BAS between sales and customer acquisition sources, or will this logic need to be built out through UTM tags in the CRM?
