Server setup with GPU passthrough
Task:
It is necessary to set up a server with multiple virtual machines and GPU passthrough (Intel GPU passthrough).
Requirements:
On one physical machine, there should be 4 virtual machines, each with its own portion of GPU resources.
Use passthrough of the integrated graphics card (Intel iGPU).
Preferably Hetzner hosting (for example, Intel® Core™ i5-13500 EX44), but alternative hosting or another processor can be suggested if it provides better results.
It is desirable to stay within a budget of about 75 € per month for the main machine.
Expected result:
Working configuration of the hypervisor (Proxmox/Hyper-v or at the discretion of the performer).
4 virtual machines with correctly passed GPU resources.

Насколько я знаю, в системе Windows можно пробросить только дискретную видеокарту (дополнительную, которая подключена в PCI-слот) и она будет доступна вся только одной виртуальной машине. Расшарить одну видеокарту на несколько виртуальных машин одновременно Windows не позволяет. Поэтому, если основная ОС будет Windows, то для 4-х виртуальных машин нужно 4 видеокарты

Для вашей задачи необходима поддержка технологии SR-IOV материнской платой и графическим адаптером. По опыту общения с тупой техподдержкой Хезнера, они такую информацию не предоставляют.

GPU Passthrough:
Обеспечивает максимальную производительность для одной виртуальной машины, но требует, чтобы видеокарта была выделена одной ВМ.
SR-IOV: Позволяет нескольким ВМ совместно использовать графический процессор, но может быть менее производительным, чем GPU passthrough. -
