- Есть один 3G-Box (брали у http://3g-box.com), в нём 6 модемов
(модемы 1-6) - с доп. винтом (на этот винт пишутся все разговоры)внутренний IP сервера: 192.168.0.170
- Нужно обслуживать два интернет-магазина УКР + два интернет-магазина Ру
- У каждого разные телефоны.
Необходимо
1) Проверить само оборудование на работоспособность (тест) и дать оценку
2) Доработать:
* Голосовые приветствия для рабочего и нерабочего времени различаются (автоответчик)+ праздники (Также дать инструкцию чтобы вкл. автоответчик в Праздничные дни: Новый год, рождество, 8 марта, пасха, 1-2 мая)
- Все пропущенные звонки, балансы СИМ-карт, входящие СМС должны отправляться на почту -предложить свои варианты по времени и частоте рассылки
- Добавить городской номер на один из магазинов
- Научить asterisk принимать номера в формате +38 (0ХХ) ХХХ-ХХ-ХХ (с пробелами и дефисами)
- Сделать возможность прослушивать разговор без скачивания
- Не работают исходящие на российские номера (на ранее установленый Зойпер прикрученный к АТС всё работает, после установки проги Микросип-отваливаются)
- номера, которые установлены в 6-ти модемах являются тестовыми, после проверки работы замена на номера действующие!
