Не увидел в инструкции управления внутренними номерами, та и с внешними. То есть это будет настраивается на астериске.

Да, на стороне астериска. В срм заводятся у сотрудников только внутренние номера (соответствие номера человеку). А астер уже связывает внутренний номер с сипами при вызовах.

Могу настроить астерис и веб сервер, но в работе описанных настроек б24 не уверен. Когда-то пробовал, не получилось.
