- Сколько воронок нужно в CRM? (одна / несколько, и для каких процессов)
- Какие источники лидов? (звонки, формы сайта, чат-бот, реклама, вручную)
- Что должно происходить при входящем звонке? (создание лида, сделки, задача менеджеру, уведомления)
- Как обрабатывать пропущенные звонки? (создаётся ли лид, авто-уведомление, повторный контакт)
- Нужна ли автоматизация между этапами воронки? (автопереходы, задачи, сообщения, напоминания)
- Используется ли сейчас Binotel и есть ли доступ к API / вебхукам? Сколько менеджеров будет работать в системе?
- Есть ли уже существующая база в SendPulse или всё с нуля? Нужна интеграция контактов?
