настроить сборку Chromium CEF(с++ windows) и qtcreator app

собирается достаточно долго(сервер 2x xeon / 128gb) и выдал ошибку lib.exe 1136, это corrupt file.
необходимо настроить сборку.
потом там же есть приложение(сборка Visual Studio через xml file, только для более ранних версий VS) которое использует этот компонент, тоже необходимо настроить сборку.
