We have our own ERP system (custom-built), where users work and correspondence with clients is conducted. For telephony, we are currently using PBX from Zadarma (we also take trunks from them).
There is a need:
1. To create a native integration with telephony (so that predictive dialing works, etc.). So that when a user is created in the system, they immediately receive an internal number and can make and receive calls from clients.
2. To create a voice bot that will automatically call clients according to scenarios and play pre-recorded messages.
For this, we chose Asterisk and are looking for a specialist who will deploy it, make the settings, maintain the core, and collaborate with our tech department on integration into the ERP.

2. Сделать голосового болта, который будет сам по сценариям звонить клиентам и проигрывать заранее записанные записи.

При интеграции с ЕRP/CRM этот функционал должен быть именно в ERP. Asterisk должен просто выполнять команды и отдавать статусы. Сделать синхронизацию юзеров не проблема
