Спасибо за ответ. Вопрос: какой сервер нужен для тестовой настройки (укажите, плз, минимальные характеристики), в случае если мы используем 3 канала обычной телефонии? -
Сервер средний. На Linux. С RAID. Хотя бы два по 1 Tb. Вместо 3-х обычных линий вам нужно будет одну IP.

Уточню свой комментарий: 3 входящих линии. То есть предполагается 3 одновременных звонка и работа по описанной модели (в файле).
