Добрый день. Есть опыт работы с one box и актерском на базе фри-пбх. Записи на стороне астера у вас хранятся уже, их нужно только тащить в срм?

Нужно настроить атс так чтобы срм могла по фтп получать информацию о вызовах, в самой атс информация о вызовах и записи разговоров есть

сейчас срм взаимодействует с атс по AMI - отображает входящие звонки и есть возможность позвонить из срм
