-Вам чтоб иметь другую страну как прокси-Вы физически должны иметь арендованный сервер (VPS) в той стране
Таким образом по вашей картинуе вам уже надо 3(или 4) арендованных VPS серверов

Поднять несколько разных proxy/vpn на основе vps любой страны и любого хостинга и собственно все, брать и пользоваться. Нужна помощь, от обращайтесь.
