техподдержка взяла полную предоплату за доп. лицензии и их установку и пропала.. на мессенджеры и звонки не отвечают уже более месяца.

Потому что 99% их модули не поддерживают мультимагазины, потому бабло взяли и досвидос. А модули кодированные и все, вам без декодировки никто не поможет.
