I have successfully used Microsoft Business subscriptions for the company, but now I plan to transfer all data from the cloud to purchased servers, set up security, and the mailboxes themselves. I am currently using Exchange to access the mailboxes, which is quite convenient. As I understand it, if I stop using the business subscription, I will have to access the mailbox via IMAP/POP3, which I find not very convenient. I would like to clarify this point and essentially set everything up so that it works like clockwork. My website is on one hosting, the domain is purchased on another hosting, and I would also like to tidy things up there. In general, I will be able to answer more detailed questions to avoid creating additional difficulties.
