What needs to be done:
1. Set up the structure: Divide access rights. Franchisees see only their data, the network management sees everything.
2. Set up CRM: Create two separate funnels - for room bookings and for franchise sales.
3. Connect channels: WhatsApp and IP telephony. Set up the distribution of requests to the administrators of the necessary locations and separately for sales managers for the franchise.
4. Set up end-to-end analytics.
5. Possibly integration with existing services.
6. Automation: Robots for monitoring check-ins/check-outs and auto-templates for messages to clients in WhatsApp.
7. Handover: System check + short video instruction for staff.
