I have practical experience in administering Windows Server and RDP, as well as working with 1C (versions 7.7 and newer). I have previously implemented a similar scheme: when a user connects via RDP, 1C is automatically launched, while access to the desktop, file explorer, and other server functions is blocked, so the user can only work within 1C.
The solution will be implemented using Group Policies (GPO) and a set of PowerShell scripts (.ps1) for the automatic launch of the application and restriction of access to the system.
As part of the setup, the following will be done:
• configuring user access to the server via RDP;
• creating and configuring a user group for working with 1C;
• setting up the automatic launch of 1C when the user logs into the RDP session;
• disabling the launch of the desktop (explorer.exe) and replacing it with the launch of 1C;
• restricting access to file explorer, control panel, command prompt, and task manager;
• limiting the launch of third-party applications;
• setting up automatic session termination when closing 1C;
• testing the operation for a regular user.
As a result, when the user connects via RDP, they will go directly into 1C and will not be able to access the server system.
