Setting up an IP telephony server (SIP Trunk + integration with the website)
Task Description:
It is necessary to deploy and configure IP telephony for the food delivery service.
Incoming calls should go to one operator's phone, while others should be placed in a queue with hold music. It is also necessary to record all conversations and integrate with our client database via API.
Requirements:
Deploy and configure the IP telephony server (Asterisk).
Set up SIP Trunk (2 channels, connection data will be provided).
Configure the call queue: one operator answers calls, others wait with music.
Record all calls with storage on the server.
Display the client's name during incoming/outgoing calls — via API to our database (the API is implemented by our programmer, only connection is needed).
If possible — integration with the website admin panel: a button to call the client directly from the web interface.
Technical Conditions:
Server: VPS with a dedicated static IP (Linux, Debian 12 / Ubuntu 24 / Rocky Linux 9.5 — choose the optimal option).
IP Phone: Yealink T58W.
SIP Trunk: 2 channels, 1 main number, block of additional numbers (SDA).
