Настройка сервера

необходима помощь в настройке сервера, на котором уже установлена панель "ISPmanager Lite 5", со стандартным набором модулей.
Необходимо:
1. Переустановить php, на 7-ку.
2. Переустановить MySQL, настроить mariadb v.10
3. Сделать связку Nginx + Apache
4. Провести тонкую настройку сервера для сверх нагрузки 3-5к одновременных подключений.
5. Настроить fail2ban + iptables.
