As part of the execution of the previous task (consultation on server setup), Maryan showed himself as a specialist who understood the specifics of the project well and agreed to set everything up properly.
After setting the task and agreeing on the deadlines, we tried several times to discuss the next steps, but he responded quite reluctantly and there were no actual actions on the project - we did not receive any visible results of work, except for a few small files, which are not enough to consider that the project can be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Despite his statement that it would take 5-8 days, we set a deadline twice as long for reliability.
As a result, after two weeks, we did not see any real results (for example, Docker configs and scripts for server setup and interaction between them) and to complete the task, it would probably be necessary to extend the deadlines for an unknown period.
Perhaps our project somehow did not interest the performer or he underestimated its scope, or external circumstances influenced it (lack of electricity, internet, bad weather conditions, or being busy with other projects), but we did not receive adequate feedback on this matter. Also, there was no reaction when we described the situation and offered several solutions.
Therefore, we decided not to extend the order for an unknown period and to abandon the project, which has hardly made any progress.
