Setting up TrueNAS Scale and transferring data from TrueNAS Core

I am passionate about IT, but not a professional. A server has been assembled and launched on TrueNAS Scale. I am trying to transfer data from the old TrueNAS Core and struggling with Rsync.

I need to be taught (explain how it works and technically guide me via video call on how to do the following):

- configure SSH with authentication methods that are unclear to me (not login password);

- configure Rsync (or troubleshoot it more likely)

- configure SMB and permissions on datasets

Then it would also be good to help set up MikroTik, and then we can move on to other projects.
