На Dedicated есть шанс, но при условии того, что ДЦ предоставит соответствующий сертификат о прохождении им того же PCI DSS.
Информация 100%, т.к. проходилось PCI DSS неоднократно =)
Есть желание подготовиться его пройти - обращайтесь, но тут месяца 2-3 полноценной работы помимо просто прохождения на зеленый Grade A =)
