Setting up and managing a UAC account in Google

We need an experienced iOS User Acquisition specialist with a successful track record in promoting VPN, Cleaner, and Utility applications.

The main task is to manage and optimize UAC campaigns for iOS with large budgets (from $100,000), as well as a deep understanding of the role of creativity in performance marketing.

The candidate should not create creatives independently but must have a clear understanding of which visuals and concepts work and set clear tasks for the design and video production teams.

Tasks:

    •    Setting up, launching, and optimizing Google UAC advertising campaigns for iOS applications.

    •    Planning and controlling the advertising budget from $100,000, optimizing for ROI and KPI.

    •    Analyzing campaign effectiveness based on key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA).

    •    Developing and testing hypotheses for creatives — determining which themes, formats, and visual solutions work for Tier-1 audiences.

    •    Setting tasks for designers, copywriters, and the video team: what creatives are needed, how to adapt them for different segments and countries.

    •    Scaling successful campaigns and regularly updating creative concepts.

    •    Preparing analytical reports and optimization proposals.

    •    Proven experience in launching and managing iOS UAC campaigns for VPN / Cleaner / Utility category applications.

    •    Understanding the specifics of Tier-1 markets (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.).

    •    Deep understanding of which creatives and messages convert to installs.

    •    Ability to formulate tasks for creative teams (banners, videos, texts).
