As a specialist good but here something happened and the person missed, now the project is not finished and the badly thrown money, since it was divided into 3 parts, with two managed and with the last not, although he confirmed that everything will be corrected and the work will be finished.
I don’t recommend sharing the projects into parts because it’s left with 80% of the project that’s never completed.
