I am a full-stack developer with experience in integrating CRM and Telegram. I can implement the transfer of postbacks from Facebook or a tracker to the CRM, so that data (click_id, user_id, action, etc.) is automatically saved and then linked to the client when they write to the bot.
I will create a service in Node.js that receives postbacks and writes data to the CRM via API. When the user appears in Telegram, the system will find them by click_id or user_id and update their card.
