A script has been made on 26 lines (factual 13 without discrepancies), which meets all your requirements. I can tell you about the details of the implementation in personal messages if you are interested.
It has supported two types of dictionaries (can expand):
1) Synonyms as elements of the mass
2) synonyms recorded in a line and divided in a back
I also see no sense to play with the language, because English and Russian have no symbols that can lead to a mistake when choosing the wrong dictionary. Tobias has made the necessary dictionary, the text and everything is already working.
If necessary, I can pack in the Composer package library so that it is very convenient at all :)
