I am a lawyer specializing in defending borrowers against microfinance organizations, factoring companies, and collectors. I am ready to prepare all three responses.
Regarding LLC "Consumer Center" — I have practical experience working against this plaintiff, I know the structure of their claims and typical weak points (commission charges, interest rates after the contract term expires, electronic evidence in paper copies, violation of the order of payment allocation).
My experience in similar cases: there is a decision to reduce the amount of recovery, as well as a complete refusal to satisfy the claim. On this site — 2 successfully completed similar projects.
What is needed to work on each case:
— statement of claim with all attachments;
— ruling on the opening of proceedings (to calculate the deadline for submitting the response);
— contract and debt calculation, if attached to the claim;
— client documents: payments, correspondence, SMS.
