During an open tender for the construction of wells, the customer unjustifiably disqualified my client, formally clinging to personnel certificates and proof of experience. To protect the interests of the business, I analyzed the rejection protocol, formed a comprehensive legal position, and filed a complaint with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU), proving that the customer's decision was disproportionate and violated the principles of fair competition.
The AMCU commission fully supported our arguments. The customer was obliged to cancel the illegal disqualification and restore the participant's rights. As a result, the client successfully returned to the bidding process and signed a contract worth over 190 million UAH, which has now been fully executed.

Essence of the problem:
A protocol was drawn up against the client under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses — allegedly for driving with signs of intoxication and refusal to undergo an examination. The driver categorically denied guilt: the police did not offer to take a test, there was no breathalyzer at the scene, and mandatory video recording of the process was not carried out.

My legal strategy:
I thoroughly analyzed the materials of the administrative case and built a defense based on the identification of critical procedural violations and contradictions in the police evidence:
Detection of falsifications: I drew the court's attention to the fact that the written explanations of the so-called "witnesses" of the refusal were dated two days prior to the date of the protocol itself. Moreover, they were not present at the stop at all.
Return of materials: At the first stage, I achieved the return of the case to the police for revision with a direct requirement from the court to include the video recording of the event.
Destruction of the accusation: After the police returned the materials again without video, I proved that the accusation was based solely on assumptions and contradictory papers.
Results for the client:
Full acquittal: The court stated that the standard of proof "beyond a reasonable doubt" was not met, and the police did not collect proper evidence.
Case closed: Proceedings under Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses were completely closed due to the absence of an administrative offense.
Rights preserved: The driver avoided an illegal fine and deprivation of driving license, preserving his reputation and nerves.

Essence of the problem:
A client approached me for the collection of alimony for her child. The defendant (father) agreed to pay only 6,500 UAH, using certificates of minimum official salary and citing the maintenance of a new family. The formal "paper" income was minimal.

My legal strategy:
Instead of arguing with the official certificates from the employer, I focused on proving the actual standard of living and hidden income of the defendant:
Tax audit: I initiated the request for information from the tax authorities at the start of the process to capture the picture before the opponent began preparing for defense.
Disclosure of banking secrecy: Through the court, I obtained statements regarding the movement of funds from several banks (PrivatBank, Universal Bank, etc.).
Financial analysis: I conducted a detailed calculation of income over 16 months and proved to the court that regular deposits into the cards are systematic and represent real income that the defendant freely uses for household needs.
Results for the client:
Established real income: The court recognized my calculation and fixed the actual average monthly income of the defendant at over 87,000 UAH (instead of the declared 26,600 UAH).
Fair alimony: The court fully satisfied the claim and awarded a payment of 20,000 UAH monthly in a fixed cash amount (with subsequent indexing) until the child reaches adulthood.
Full compensation for the lawyer's services: As an additional decision, I achieved the collection from the defendant of 19,500 UAH to reimburse the plaintiff's expenses. Thus, my comprehensive annual support of the case became virtually free for the client.
