It is necessary to collect all addresses of CEX exchanges in the ETH, ARB, BASE, OPT networks.

It is necessary to compile a complete list of exchange addresses (CEX) in the following networks:

• Ethereum (ETH)

• Arbitrum (ARB)

• Base (BASE)

• Optimism (OPT)

The list should include both major well-known exchanges and less popular ones, as long as their addresses are public.

Requirements for the result

• The list must contain all available CEX wallet addresses, including:

  • Deposit addresses

  • Hot wallets

  • Cold wallets

  • Withdrawal and internal operation addresses (if public)

• For each address, the following must be specified:

  • Exchange name

  • Network (ETH / ARB / BASE / OPT)

  • Comment (e.g.: deposit wallet, hot wallet, main wallet, etc.)

  • Source of information (link)

• Output format: Excel/Google Sheets

• Additionally: the data should be as complete and up-to-date as possible

The executor can use:

• Official exchange sources (documentation, announcements, support)

• Block explorers (Etherscan, Arbiscan, Basescan, Optimistic Etherscan)

• Analytical services (Nansen, Arkham, etc., if accessible)

• Public lists and GitHub

Success criteria

• Maximally complete list

• Verified addresses with proof link

• Convenient structure and data filtering

• Possibility for further expansion (the table should be neat)

Bonus

It would be a plus if the executor:

• Marks exchanges with unknown or hidden addresses

• Adds known marked CEX addresses from on-chain analytics

• Attaches a script/methodology for verification (not mandatory)
