There is already a sender bot available with the ability to connect proxies. Which sends messages to specified contacts/groups. You can slightly change the logic to write specifically to the required group under the posts.
Regarding AI - it's a paid thing, for example, ChatGPT sells tokens for dollars, which are converted into words. So it will be a constant expense. I would rather implement 100 variations of neutral comments and randomly post them - it's free.
And if full autonomy is needed - this is an additional expense for hosting, or you can run it from your own computer, but it will only work when the computer is on, but for free.
