The application loads a list of IDs / phone numbers (we will call it the knowledge base)

1. The application has two windows

2. The application has 3 buttons
  1. Start – begins generating phone numbers after entering ID
  2. Stop – stops the application
  3. Import – imports a list of IDs for phone number generation

The application's work involves generating digits (phone numbers) with the following conditions:
1. Phone number generation can be either single for one ID or mass for multiple IDs.
2. The first 4 digits are selected from the options (7702, 7777, 7707, 7771, 7776, 7747, 7778, 7705, 7775, 7708, 7701, 7700, 7706, 7725, 7710, 7714, 7721, 7772, 7770) + the remaining 7 digits (0-9) are generated.
3. The generated phone number must not already be in the Knowledge Base. (see point 1)
4. If multiple phone numbers are generated linked to an ID (imported via Excel file, only IDs), they must be different from each other and not in the Knowledge Base (only phone numbers). The result should be exported in Excel format, as a table (ID / phone number), and placed in the same folder where the application resides.
5. IDs are imported using the Import button.
6. Visualization of phone number generation is required.
