A bot is needed that will connect Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Telegram for managing calls.
I want to create a bot from scratch that:
- Monitors a lead table: as soon as a call appears or the time changes, the bot immediately writes in the work chat, provides a link to the meeting, and creates an event in the calendar.
- If we reschedule a call or edit data, the bot deletes the old message, sends a new one, updates the calendar and the table to avoid confusion, even when there are several edits at once.
- If a call is canceled, the bot cleans everything (chat, calendar, table) and informs the team that the meeting is canceled.
- After the call, the message has buttons "good / so-so / bad"; we click, write a short comment — the bot waits and then updates the message in the chat, adds a note in the table and calendar.
- Can pull a photo album from our cloud by the lead's nickname and send it along with the main message.
- There are commands in the chat: for example, "/today" shows calls for today, "/upcoming" — for the week ahead.
- It is important that everything works stably: without duplicate messages, with a buffer for failures, with clear diagnostics (health pages, logs).
- All keys/passwords are stored securely, nothing confidential in the logs.
- At the end, an instruction is needed: how to launch, what to do in case of problems, how to check that everything is functioning.
