Нужен девопс. Надо сделать несколько работ:
1. Разместить python django-проект на сервере
2. Помочь настроить локальную работу с Wordpress и сделать выгрузку бд на сервер (сейчас стоит выгрузка файлов)
3. Разделить базы данных по пользователям.
4. Сделать автоматическое создание проекта на дженкинс и на сервере
И это ещё не все.
В общем, работы хватает. По-этому нужен хороший девопс.
Желательно знать про Wordpress и Python Django.
