Hello! Interesting task. As a certified industrial designer with experience in preparing files for real production, I fully understand the specifics of working with material leftovers. This experience will help create not just "pictures," but technological products with minimal waste percentage.

Production background: I worked in an advertising firm and have experience creating working files. I understand how machines operate and how to design so that the part assembles without issues.

Experience in furniture: I have successfully completed furniture projects in closed tasks on this site. I prepared drawings and 3D models based on which two models of wooden tables with complex geometric shapes were successfully assembled in production.

How I see our design process (stages):
Stage 1. Concept and shape search: I make quick hand sketches on a graphic tablet or draft models in 3ds Max. We look for successful visual solutions (vases, pots, sconces) that fit the dimensions of your slats (240x20-50 cm).
Stage 2. Design approval: When we find the perfect option that you like. After that, I develop the final polygonal 3D model suitable for visualization.
Stage 3. Construction for production: I transfer the product to SolidWorks. This is a parametric environment that allows you to immediately obtain precise working files and drawings for your craftsmen from the solid model.
