We are looking for a sales/client communication manager for a one-time test project. If successful, we are open to considering long-term cooperation.
We work in the field of scientific publications and assist authors, universities, and research groups in preparing, supporting, and submitting scientific materials to international journals Scopus and Web of Science.
What you will need to do:
communicate with potential clients via WhatsApp, email, and Zoom;
conduct initial consultations on the company's services;
identify client needs and qualify requests;
bring the dialogue to a specific next step: call, commercial proposal, payment, project handover;
record client statuses in CRM;
provide brief reporting on work results.
Who we are looking for:
at least 1 year of sales experience;
preferably experience in B2B, consulting, educational, or intellectual services;
proficient written and verbal communication;
ability to calmly and confidently guide the client;
basic English will be a plus;
discipline, responsibility, and quick response;
willingness to understand the niche of scientific publications.
Work format:
remote;
start as a test project;
flexible schedule, but it is important to be available during working hours from 9 to 18;
payment for the test project is discussed individually;
bonuses are provided for closed deals with increasing %;
after a successful test phase, we can move to permanent cooperation with a rate and percentage of sales.
