This is not just a parser, but a full-fledged pipeline: asynchronous data collection, deduplication, normalization (locations, tenure, currencies), export to CSV/XLSX/Google Sheets, logging, and deployment in Docker.

✅ I have experience in Python development (httpx, playwright, lxml/selectolax, pandas, pydantic), creating parsers and automations, working with CSV/XLSX/JSON formats, as well as setting up CLI tools and integrations.
✅ I am ready to implement a modular architecture (each source as a separate spider), normalize geodata through geo.json, perform calculations for leasehold and currency conversions, and ensure stability through anti-blocking measures (timeouts, retries, user-agent rotation, proxies).
