We are looking for a specialist in advertising and traffic attraction for the ongoing recruitment of employees for an international online project.
What is needed:
— Set up a flow of incoming applications through Instagram / Telegram / funnels / advertising.
— The main traffic should be directed to Telegram.
— A stable volume of quality applications is needed, approximately from 50+ messages per day.
— Geo: Ukraine, CIS, Russian-speaking audience.
— Target audience: predominantly girls/women 18+, but men are also suitable.
— It is important not just the quantity, but people who are genuinely interested in the job and ready to undergo a 2-week internship.
Additionally important:
We want to be able to manage the advertising cabinet independently and replenish the budget without constant dependence on the specialist after the advertising setup.
It would be a plus if:
• You can briefly explain how to manage the advertising further.
• You show how to replenish the budget and track applications.
• You set everything up as conveniently as possible for further independent work.
If the project requires ongoing support:
— Write what exactly needs to be done regularly.
— How much will monthly management/optimization of advertising cost.
— How often updates of links, creatives, or settings will be needed.
Since we currently have no experience in advertising, we are looking for a person who can not only set up the system but also help us understand basic management.

• Understanding how to filter non-target traffic.
• Ability to create funnels for vacancies/HR.
• Preferably cases in hiring personnel or lead generation.
